SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA/Canada 7–14 business days
• UK 6–10 business days
• France, Germany, Belgium 7-12 business days
• Rest of Europe 8-15 business days
• Australia: 7–10 business days
• Japan & South Korea: 5–8 business days
• Singapore: 5–8 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

These times are an estimation only based on previous delivery performance. It is possible that products may arrive earlier or later than these estimates. We are not liable for any delays you may experience. 

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to all postcodes even if your country is listed above. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the destination address cannot be delivered to by our delivery provider.

Important for Japan & South Korea: Please enter your delivery address in Japanese (日本語) or Korean (한국어) characters respectively. Addresses in Latin characters may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control.
